My all time favorite vinegar to use in salad dressing is sherry vinegar. This is a simple vinaigrette recipe for dressing salads.
Sherry Mustard Vinaigrette :
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 c olive oil
- pinch of salt
Combine the vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and slowly whisk in (or use a blender) the olive oil to emulsify. Bam – Done. My favorite!
Keeps in the refrigerator for months.
